Meet the Founder - Niki

You may know me as The Small Business Helper.

Hey, I’m Niki.

I started my business back in July 2024 with a simple goal: to support small, local businesses in showing up confidently online. Fast forward to today, I’ve had the pleasure of working with 30+ amazing businesses – and as things have grown, so has the vision.

Monday Socials is the next step. A small but personal agency that brings together trusted local talent to support you across social media, content, PR, brand shoots and more – while still feeling like an extension of your team (because that’s always been at the heart of what I do).

My background spans social media, communications, PR, events and project management – across both small businesses and global brands. Everything I’ve learned along the way now feeds into how I support my clients today.

I’m incredibly proud of how far this journey has come, and even more excited about what’s next – helping even more local businesses grow, show up and thrive online.

Safe to say, I definitely don’t get the Sunday night blues anymore… Monday can’t come soon enough.
